Warsaw is located about 99 miles northeast of downtown Indianapolis, and about 39 miles northwest of Fort Wayne. The population of Warsaw in 2010 was 13,559 people.

Warsaw was named after the European capital of Poland. Because of a man named Justin Zimmer and others, Warsaw is known as the “orthopaedic capital of the world.” The Justin Zimmer House, built in 1934, is a wonder to behold. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and has become a bed & breakfast establishment known as the White Hill Manor.
